Kristle Rumph

headshotThe Casto Law Firm is proud to have added Kristle Rumph to its founding team in 2016. Kristle joins Casto Law and brings with her 10 years of law office experience for trial attorneys. Kristle has assisted with all types of cases, including personal injury, motor vehicle/trucking wrecks, slip and fall cases professional negligence cases and criminal defense cases, specifically DUI Defense.
Kristle is native of Harris County and a graduate of Harris County High School. She continued her education in legal studies and received her degree in Paralegal Studies at Ashworth College. Kristle has extensive experience assisting clients in all phases of pre-trial, litigation and in trial. She currently serves the firm as civil and criminal case manager; she is the sole criminal paralegal and is primarily responsible for lien and bill resolution at the conclusion of each civil case. In addition to these responsibilities in direct case management, Kristle also oversees the Practice Development by being responsible for the firm’s community involvement and events, accounting, and marketing, client satisfaction and client communication.
Kristle also serves as a volunteer domestic violence victim advocate and mentor for young women re-entering society after incarceration, drug or alcohol rehabilitation. Kristle is an avid Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs football fan. She enjoys photography, painting, kayaking and canoeing the Flint River in her spare time. She and her husband have one child with one expected in the fall of 2016. They currently reside in Columbus, Georgia.

Katelyn Clouser

Katelyn Clouser is a Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia native. She graduated high school from Northside High School in Columbus where she performed on the cheerleading squad and dance team. Upon graduating from Northside High School, she attended Columbus State University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) Degree in General Business with a minor in Marketing in May 2016.
Katelyn joined The Casto Law Firm team in June 2016. She has a vast amount experience with on-line marketing, business development and social media nuances in which she has developed skills for not only marketing our firm and aiding in business development, but she has the unique ability to investigate cases and locate people that are material to our cases. Additionally, her creativity and computer savvy are great assets in assisting in the strategy and presentation of evidence and argument during trials.
She is responsible for the case management of all civil cases that are in litigation. This includes assuring that each case proceeds through litigation in a timely manner, assisting in the development and responses to discovery, maintaining communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts, analyzing evidence and testimony to assist in the trial strategy and presentation, assisting in the mediation presentations, and ensuring that all of our clients are comfortable during the stressful litigation process.
Katelyn currently resides in Harris County. In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends doing volunteer work, watching scary movies, modeling, reading, spending afternoons at the dog park with her fur-babies, and working with animal rescues as an advocate for animal rights.

Catherine “Katie” McDaniel


Catherine “Katie” McDaniel is a Harris County, Georgia native. She graduated high school from St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School where she attended school for grades K through 12. Upon graduating from St. Anne-Pacelli High School, she was attended Columbus State University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) Degree in Business Marketing in December 2015.
Katie joined The Casto Law Firm team in Aprilt 2016. She comes to our firm with several years of experience with the personal injury client intake process while working with two other personal injury law firms since her senior year in high school. This early and direct experience has enabled Katie to develop the essential skills and to become a superb Client Intake Specialist/Paralegal. She is responsible for taking care of potential clients’ needs, analyzing potential cases, ensuring that all of our clients are comfortable in the beginning stages of legal representation, collecting essential evidence and completing the initial investigation of each civil case.
Katie currently resides in Harris County. Katie has numerous interests and hobbies that she enjoys outside of work including running, volunteer work, illustrating/art, modeling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Maybe most of all she loves cheering for her favorite sports team – the Columbus Cottonmouths hockey team.
